Exciting news for all principals, teachers, students, and parents associated with all Maharashtra State Board secondary schools.
The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, has announced the released date of hall tickets 2024.
From January 31, 2024, schools can access and download hall tickets for the March 2024 examination.
Let’s dive in the details!
The shift towards online hall tickets signifies a progressive move in the education sector. Starting from January 31, 2024, schools can access and download these crucial documents from the official website www.mahahsscboard.in. This digital transition streamlines the distribution process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
All secondary schools are entrusted with the responsibility of downloading and distributing online hall tickets for their students. This process commences from January 31, 2024. The convenience of accessing these tickets online eliminates the need for physical paperwork and reduces the margin of error.
In case any technical challenges arise during the download process, schools are encouraged to promptly reach out to the respective department for assistance. This collaborative approach ensures a smooth and seamless experience for all involved.
If there are any discrepancies or errors found in the hall tickets, using Google Chrome is recommended for error-free access. Schools should rectify these issues by visiting the departmental office to maintain accuracy.
Importantly, no additional fees should be charged to students for printing the online hall tickets. After printing, the main teachers are required to authenticate the document with their signature across the student's photograph.
The hall ticket will contain the following crucial information:
Students and parents must carefully verify all details on the hall ticket, including the photo, signature, name, date of birth, and place of birth. Any discrepancies should be immediately communicated to the respective school authorities.
If there are any changes in the subject or medium on the hall ticket, students should bring this to the attention of their school's department, who will facilitate the necessary corrections.
In the unfortunate event of a lost hall ticket, secondary schools can issue a duplicate after obtaining a red seal. This duplicate should be promptly sent to the concerned students.
As the Maharashtra SSC 2024 exam journey begins, the introduction of Online Hall Tickets represents a crucial step in ensuring a seamless and well-organised examination process. The provision of comprehensive instructions and technical support underscores the education board's commitment to prioritising the well-being and success of students navigating these crucial examinations.
AND TO ALL STUDENTS: Wishing each of you the very best as you prepare for and tackle these exams. May your diligence and dedication yield success, propelling you towards accomplishment and fulfillment in your academic pursuits.
All the best!
