Starting January 22, 2024, principals and staff members are urged to access the official website through the college login section. Here, they can download the Hall Tickets, ensuring a hassle-free and efficient distribution process.

Key Instructions for Hall Ticket Usage

Following are some important points to note:

  • Printing Process: All Higher Secondary Schools and Junior Colleges are responsible for printing the online hall tickets for their students participating in the February-March 2024 HSC exams.
  • Browser Compatibility: In case of any issues while opening the hall ticket, it is recommended to use Google Chrome for a seamless experience.
  • No Additional Fees: Principals are reminded not to charge any additional fees to students for printing the hall tickets online. The printed tickets should be signed by the principal.
  • Rectification of Errors: Schools and colleges must rectify any errors in subjects, mediums, or personal details promptly by visiting the departmental office.
  • Photo and Signature Corrections: In case of discrepancies in photos, signatures, or student names on the hall ticket, corrections should be made by the respective educational institutions and promptly communicated to the department.
  • Photo Clarity: If the photo on the hall ticket is unclear, schools should affix a clear photo of the student, duly signed by the principal.
  • Duplicate Hall Tickets: In instances of lost or damaged hall tickets, higher secondary schools and junior colleges are authorised to issue duplicate hall tickets stamped in red, ensuring students have access to the necessary documentation.
